Yes, we require $450 non-refundable booking fee and the remaining balance is broken up into 2 payments due at the midpoint and 14 days before your event. Your booking fee will be applied to the total balance.

We also require a $300 security deposit that will be returned 3-10 if there are no damages to property or rental items.

Once you choose a date, we will email a contract for you to review and sign electronically, $450 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of signing the contract, and no date will be reserved until payment and signed contract is received.

Yes, we have a prep area that includes a refrigerator, microwave, and prep table. We do not allow cooking on the premises; all food should be prepared prior to arrival at the venue.
Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages.

All tours can be booked under Book Tour section. A Virtual tour is located under the gallery tab.

We only allow access to the venue for the time purchased. If your contract states that your booking is from 6pm-12am, the earliest you and your vendors will have access is 6pm.
The setup time is included in the venue rental package you select. If extra time is needed, please consider adding extra time or booking a full-day rental.

Yes. Alcohol can be served at events but the Client must book bartender from venue preferred vendor list and security for evening events. (Security is provided by the venue for $200.00).

 

Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests per event.
No nails, tape, screws, staples, or penetrating times are to be tuned on our walls or floor. No glitter or confetti is allowed. No open flames, candles must be placed inside a vase or some type of container. If any of these items are used you will forfeit your security deposit.

Yes, DJ’s are allowed.
